We want you to be happy with each purchase you make from Child Source and will do everything we can to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.

Should customers experience defective product or some other reason for the return of merchandise, customer must call and receive a return goods authorization number (RMA#) prior to returning the product. This number must be written on the cartons of all returned merchandise.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for any charge card credits to appear on your statement.
